A big political interference in the Avengers’ activities causes a rift between Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), but also threatens to tear the whole team apart forever.

Is The Plot Interesting?

The movie has a fairly long runtime but the plot makes it seem shorter than it really is. The plot is very engaging and this is ultimately why the movie doesn’t seem as long as it is.

Is The Acting Good?

Due to the movies intense storyline, the actors had to portray the emotional stress their characters were feeling. And they did this really well. The best acting I’ve seen from a Marvel movie.

Is The Directing Good?

The Russo brothers have done so much for the Captain America movies that getting anyone else to direct Captain America: Civil War would have just been crazy. They knew the story they wanted to tell and they told it well.

Is The Cinematography Good?

Captain America: Civil War has some of the best cinematography I’ve seen from a Marvel movie yet. It represents the movie so clearly and is consistent throughout the entire movie.

Is It Worth Watching?

Captain America: Civil War is one of the best Marvel movies that I’ve seen. It continues to use the great idea of political involvement that we saw in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and the performances are just great.

[referring to Captain America’s shield] That thing doesn’t obey the laws of physics at all!
