Georgie Lane (Michelle Keegan), a medic in the British Army, must face new challenges everyday when she takes a humanitarian tour to Kenya and finds herself in a dangerous situation.
Is The Plot Interesting?
The storyline of Our Girl season two is one I found to be of importance; it showed us what it’s really like for the medics in the British Army and how dangerous it can be. When I was watching it, I was never not entirely focused on the show.
Is The Acting Good?
Michelle Keegan really surprised me in Our Girl; I didn’t realise she was capable of that good a performance at all. Her and Luke Pasqualino standout the most throughout the show in my opinion.
Is The Directing Good?
The directing was of a high standard. It seemed connected and well organised throughout the series which I wasn’t expecting because some of the episodes are directed by different people.
Is The Cinematography Good?
Our Girl has some great use of slow motion which created time for the viewers to take everything in and to think about what was actually happening. I also want to add that I found Our Girl to be well executed.
Is It Worth Watching?
I think Our Girl season two tells an important story and has some great performances. I haven’t seen season one yet, but after seeing how good season two was I’m going to watch it as soon as I can.
I’m so much happier without you Elvis!
