Is The Plot Interesting?

I liked how the movie followed the magnificent seven around most of the time, rather than swapping between them and Bogue. It really focused the story and made it more interesting.

Is The Acting Good?

I have to say, my favourites were Chris Pratt, Denzel Washington, Ethan Hawke and Vincent D’Onofrio. Everyone was good in the movie but those four people stood out the most.

Is The Directing Good?

I loved Antoine Fuqua’s movie Southpaw, so when I heard that he was directing The Magnificent Seven I was quite curious. His directing style works really well with the movie and he did a great job at directing it.

Is The Cinematography Good?

The camera was always showing us the scene from different angles and filming from different points of view. The cinematography did a lot for the movie and propelled the plot forward quite a few times.

Is It Worth Watching?

The Magnificent Seven does have a certain target audience that it appeals to and they will, more than likely, enjoy the movie. Personally, I enjoyed the movie but not as much as I’ve heard other people did.

I seek righteousness. But I’ll take revenge.
